I don’t usually write reviews, but Ashburn Pharmacy deserves every bit of praise I can give. I’ve been on a controlled medication for over 10 years, and recently it’s been on backorder everywhere I’ve looked. Every pharmacy I called just gave me a quick “sorry, we can’t help.” Then along came Ashburn Pharmacy. When a family friend offered to help, he reached out to Ashburn Pharmacy…..mind you this is a place I’d never been to, where I wasn’t even a customer However, Mo, the pharmacist, went above and beyond. He said if there is a way he could help, me then I could count on him. He didn’t know me. I wasn’t in their system. And still, he took the time to track down my medication and make sure I got it. That kind of care and dedication is almost unheard of these days. I’d say it was unheard of but he proved me wrong. The owners have never once ignored a call from me. They’ve been there every step of the way, treating me like a person, not just a prescription. I never realized how big the difference is between big corporate pharmacies and a small, locally owned business until now. The personal attention I’ve received…..as someone they didn’t even know has truly blown me away. It’s a three and a half to four hour round trip for me to get there depending on the time of day and I’d do it again without hesitation. I’ve never felt so valued and cared for by any business, ever. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth it….it absolutely is. I recommend Ashburn Pharmacy more than any other establishment I’ve ever been in. Mo and the team have earned my trust and my respect. If you Live anywhere around this amazing privately owned establishment I can only hope that you would transfer any and all medications from those bigger box chain stores to Mo and his team, as you will feel the Personal attention that just does not exist anymore. Not to mention they will probably have your medication in stock, which ultimately will save you an additional trip.

I truly cannot recommend Ashburn Pharmacy enough. The decision to leave CVS (after many years of issues & frustrations) and find this local gem was one of the best we've made! They are incredibly efficient, coming through with our prescriptions super quickly every time. Mo (the pharmacist) is kind, helpful, empathetic, and truly a pleasure to speak to. I've utilized both the home delivery (same day!) and in-store pickup and all experiences have been phenomenal. Huge thank you to Mo and team - our family is a customer for life!

This beautiful pharmacy located in the heart of Ashburn is a lovely family-owned establishment. Mohanad and Rasha offer unparalleled convenience and care that surpasses that of larger pharmacies. One of the aspects I appreciate most about Ashburn Pharmacy is their private consultation room for tests and vaccinations. Unlike larger pharmacies where flu shots (and covid tests) are administered in the open, Ashburn Pharmacy provides a private area for these services. If you want the most knowledgeable and diligent pharmacist in town - I highly recommend switching your prescriptions. Rest assured, you will not be disappointed.

I've had an exceptional experience at Ashburn Pharmacy! They have a huge collection of over-the-counter medicine, vitamins, painkillers, and more. I recently had a prescription filled, and I was able to pick it up within an hour. The team collected my insurance information from my Doctor directly before I arrived, making the process incredibly smooth. All I had to do was pay the copayment, which was comparable to or even cheaper than franchise pharmacies. The team was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was happy on every level. Highly recommend Ashburn Pharmacy. Glad to see a good and local independent pharmacy in our town.

Ashburn Pharmacy is everything a pharmacy should be — and more. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family, not just another number. Pharmacist Mo and his team go above and beyond every single time, whether it’s answering questions, tracking down hard-to-find medications, or making sure you fully understand your treatment. Their attention to detail, compassion, and genuine care set them miles apart from any big chain. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued, but that’s exactly what you get here. Ashburn Pharmacy has earned my trust for life, and I recommend them to anyone who wants exceptional service and a team that actually cares.

If you haven't transferred your prescriptions here you're missing out. I have done this months ago, my meds get delivered to me for free and they're always on time. They contact my providers for refills and keep me updated on what insurance can cover which is super helpful. Even if insurance doesn't cover one of the meds their prices are a fracture of that of big pharmacies. Also it's a community family business. Happy to support them over big corporates any day!

I highly recommend Ashburn Pharmacy! Their service is seamless and incredibly convenient, especially for those of us who find it difficult to get on the phone to manage prescriptions. They handled everything—from transferring my prescription to refilling it—entirely online, and even offered delivery. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to have a pharmacy that truly prioritizes customer convenience and efficiency. As a mom, I also appreciate the thoughtful addition of a kids’ corner with sensory play. Sometimes, we have to bring our little ones along while running errands, and it’s often a challenge to keep them entertained in healthcare settings. This small touch makes such a big difference. Their prices are comparable to or even cheaper than big chain pharmacies, so in my mind, it’s a no-brainer to switch. When my husband needed vaccines for a work trip, they ensured they had everything in stock, saving us from making multiple visits. As someone in healthcare myself, I can confidently say that Ashburn Pharmacy goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Highly recommend!

Mo is the best! He knows everyone by name, you feel very well taken care of. Friendly service willing to go the extra mile to help with anything. Very knowledgeable with navigating insurance prior authorization issues as well as coordination with prescribing doctors to make sure you get your medication. Great at communication and have a delivery service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently switched to Ashburn Pharmacy from Walgreens and couldn’t be happier. The difference is night and day! Prescriptions are always in stock, communication is fantastic, and the app is so easy to use. The free delivery alone is a lifesaver for a mom of two littles. I truly wish I had made the switch sooner and will be recommending Ashburn Pharmacy to everyone I know!!
